High-Performance Printing Press Rollers – Ready to Run

Printers Superstore started life in the UK in 1996, supplying rollers and spare parts almost exclusively to the trade. Our commitment to ISO9001:2015 means we operate to the highest levels of service and have the highest quality products.

We supply a comprehensive range of offset printing rollers for leading press manufacturers including Heidelberg, Ryobi (RMGT), Komori, and more. Our rollers are engineered for consistent ink transfer, long service life, and reliable press performance—helping you reduce downtime, improve print quality, and maximise output. Achieve OEM-level performance at a significantly lower cost, which improves your cost per print and helps you maintain a quality and competitive angle.

Why Choose Printers Superstore?

We offer rollers that give a consistent print quality. They have precision ground surfaces and advanced rubber compounds to deliver even ink coverage and deliver even ink coverage and sharp definition print over a long service life.

Our rollers are supplied brand new and ready to run reducing downtime and minimising press stoppages and setup time. There are no complex roller exchanges and all roller shafts are brand new so there are no worn bearing journals or other core defects. Being brand new we can also ensure CONCENTRICITY. Every time an old roller is recovered there is a greater chance of losing concentricity due to the recovery process.

Our Rollers are made from calendared sheet and vulcanised in computer controlled dry air and steam injected autoclaves. This method of roller manufacturing is widely accepted as state of the art.

Our High-quality materials resist

Our rollers are made to the highest and exacting standard to ensure they apply even pressure for clean image transfers and keep print clarity and consistency.

Precision-ground surfaces and advanced rubber compounds deliver even ink coverage and sharp print definition.

What Do Printing Press Rollers Do?

Printing rollers are critical components in any offset press, responsible for:

  • Transferring ink evenly across the plate
  • Maintaining the correct ink-to-water balance
  • Applying consistent pressure for accurate image transfer
  • Ensuring clean, sharp and repeatable print results

A well-maintained roller system is essential—poor or worn rollers can lead to uneven ink distribution, waste, and downtime.

PRESS READY – READY TO RUN!

Many of our rollers include new bearings so are press ready. Our Heidelberg range is also complemented by the fact that the rollers include brand new oscillating mechanisms. Worn bearings, shafts and bushings are all a thing of the past. No machine down time!
